For Rice bran oil production line, our company adopt pretreatment process and solvent extraction process, to get first-grade rice bran oil.

Pretreatment Process:

Rice Bran → Magnetic separator → Bran and rice separation → Softening → Rice bran extrusion → Drying and cooling → Puffed rice bran

Exctraction Process:

Exctraction system →Wet meal desolventizing system (DTDC) →Evaporation system → Condensation system → Paraffin oil recovery system

Rice Bran Oil Refining Process:

Rice bran crude oil → Dewaxing → Degumming → Washing → Decolorization → Deacidification and Deodorization → Degreasing → Refined oil
